Counselling or psychotherapy or coaching?
Both counselling and psychotherapy are talking therapies, where you share what is troubling you. Counselling supports you in working through problems and difficulties. Psychotherapy is an often longer-term process of identifying the root psychological cause of issues, to enhance functioning and well-being. Coaching is a collaborative process of identifying and articulating your goals, and implementing plans for their achievement.
